In 2013, Allstate wanted to double down on building meaningful relationships with people. The company wanted a website that supported its new efforts and created a differentiated brand experience. We re-imagined Allstate.com, making it smarter, simpler and centered around customers’ needs. Shortly after launch, traffic to key product pages increased as much as 90% and the site received five Gold PC Monitor awards.
2016 Evolution
We continue to evolve Allstate.com's design and capabilities with iterative updates and refreshes that exceed both business and consumer needs.

The site's personalization capabilities have increased over time. Through look-alike data modeling and real-time messaging, content and interactions are tailored to specific audiences.

The site offers many anticipatory features to make the user experience as frictionless as possible. One key example of that is serving up-to-date policy payment billing information to current customers prior to logging in.
